Some racers(engineers) say it depends if the motor has torque.

Now, all motors are winded the same from brand,Ex proslot.?
Do the motors run the same (always same brand)?

Don`t know, help is not given?

Until you settle the right gears you will tear your motor. Make a new one the same gears and run differently.

ARE THE MOTORS OF SAME BRAND RUNNING SAME PERFORMANCE?

I think no, these are made handcrafted.

Why?

Any expert??

I just do the old "try it and see" trick.
The things i consider, when i am trying to come up with gear ratios, are:
- car weight
- tire size
- track length
- track power

using a 1/4 mile strip, 16 volts and 1.0x300" tires i would suggest ratios:
- 3.8-4.3:1 for a 70-90 gram car
- 4.3-4.8:1 for a 90-120 gram car

these are only guesses!

Smile
